Community Guidelines

Effective date: 2026-06-22.

UGC Suite is a workspace and community for creators. These Community Guidelines apply everywhere you interact with other people on the Service — community channels, direct messages, public profiles, shared calendars, and any content you make visible to others. They supplement the acceptable-use rules in our Terms of Service. By participating in the community you agree to follow them.

1. Treat people with respect

Do not post, send, or share content that:

  • Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates another person, or incites others to do so.
  • Promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Discloses someone else’s private or identifying information (“doxxing”) without their consent.

2. Keep content lawful and safe

UGC Suite has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior of any kind. You may not upload, post, or transmit content that:

  • Is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM); we remove it, ban the responsible accounts, and report it to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC where applicable).
  • Is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise obscene.
  • Contains malware, phishing links, or attempts to compromise other users or the Service.
  • Spams the community, including unsolicited bulk messages, repetitive posts, or deceptive engagement schemes.

3. Be authentic

  • Do not impersonate another person, brand, or UGC Suite itself.
  • Do not generate or share content that impersonates a real person without their consent.
  • Respect the intellectual property of others; only share work you have the right to share.

4. Reporting and blocking

If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines, use the in-app Report action on the message, profile, or user. Reports are routed to our team for review. You can also Block any user to stop seeing their messages and prevent them from contacting you. You may additionally email privacy@ugcsuite.app with details.

5. Enforcement

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. When you flag content or a user with the in-app Report action (see Section 4), the report is routed to our team and we act on it within 24 hours: we remove the offending content and eject the offending user by suspending or terminating their account. Depending on the severity of the violation we may also issue warnings or restrict features. Serious violations — and any content that endangers a child — result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement. Blocking a user (also described in Section 4) takes effect immediately and is independent of our review.

6. Questions

Questions about these guidelines or a moderation decision can be sent to privacy@ugcsuite.app.
