Data Deletion Instructions

1. Who we are

UGC Suite is operated by Chief Labs LLC, 201 17th St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.

2. What Meta data we store

When a brand connects through Facebook Login for Business, we store what these permissions read, for the accounts and Pages the brand grants:

• ads_read: ad account IDs and campaign and ad insights (spend, impressions, clicks and conversions).
• business_management: the Business Manager accounts the brand connects, and the ad accounts and Pages assigned to them.
• pages_show_list: the list of Pages the brand manages.
• pages_read_engagement: Page and post engagement metrics.

3. How to delete your data

You can use any of these three options.

• (a) In the app. Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Disconnect Meta. This revokes our access and deletes your stored Meta data within 30 days.
• (b) From Facebook. Go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, then Business Integrations, and remove UGC Suite.
• (c) By email. Email team@ugcsuite.app with the subject line [Data Deletion Request]. We confirm your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

4. What happens

• We delete all data we received from Meta for your ad accounts.
• We revoke the access tokens Meta issued to us.
• We send you an email to confirm the deletion is done.
